Unless this Stroker engine + SC idea is done all at the same time...you would probably need to disassemble the stroker engine to retrofit lower compression pistons to avoid detonation during the tuning phase.
The M3 stroker engines typically have pistons /w/ a 12.5:1 compression ratio. (stock is 12:1) It would be even more difficult to properly tune a forced induction system without lowering that compression ratio to at least 10.5:1. (9.5:1 would be even better) From a performance standpoint, you're looking at 700-750 HP and 500-550 lb/ft TRQ. Anyone driving a DCT car would immediately be disqualified from this discussion. If someone does build one of these supercharged stroker engines, I'm not sure what you could do with all that power anyway. It's highly unlikely the current chassis/suspension could support such lofty power & trq. numbers. Even with 305 rubber out back, hooking up all that power would be nearly impossible. Yes, the idea SOUNDS really cool...but something like this would be totally impractical on the street. Ask Robert about his traction problems when he really gets after it. (naturally aspirated) I'm not even going to talk about the immense engine cooling hurdles that would have to be overcome in order to make this to work...

I've driven a Mustang with the stock 302 stroked to 347 with a supercharger (Procharger D1). It was... fast. Very fast. Way into the 10 second 1/4 mile range. Making around 9:1 compression with lots of boost.
No reason to think a stroked M3 couldn't be built in a similar fashion.
