Eibach comparison video
I just wanted to post this video from Eibach. They discuss the benefits of the Pro Kit versus the stock springs on a regular 3 series.

wow look at 2:00 where they do a slo-mo through the last cone. watch the 1st (stock) vs the 2nd/3rd (eibach). look at how they yank the wheel from side to side off balancing the car on the 1st-stock setup, and look how they approach on the 2nd/3rd eibach run, they are level coming into the turn. this video is cool but like kyoshozx said they should have used all the same rim/tire combos.

The comparison is with a regualr 3-series model, not an M model. I doubt they can make that dramatic of a difference with the M's suspension.

just watched the rest of the video.... look at the 3min mark. watch how they 'try' to keep the car steady... watch exactly where the driver starts to countersteer the over steer... im not saying the springs arent an improvement but trying their visual is like watching someone trying to cheat a dyno....

I also sent an email to Eibach in regards to the stock bumpstops and adding their springs. I would like to hear their explanation on that issue.
I will post their response as soon as I get it.

I just received a response from Eibach regarding the bumpstops and installing their springs.
"Hello Tobbe, Regarding your question below. Our Eibach Pro-Kit for the 2010 M3 Coupe does not require modifications to the bumpstop. Our kit is made to work with the OE dampers and bumpstop as is. The kit is designed to have lowering of 0.8" at the front and 0.6" at the rear. There is still enough suspension travel before bumpstop contact with the lowering of our kit. The kit works great! You should not have any concerns. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your interested in the Eibach product. Best Regards, Phong Diep | Research & Development Manager Eibach Springs, Inc. | 264 Mariah Circle | Corona, CA 92879-1751 T +1 951-256-8300 x118 | F +1 951-256-8321 pdiep@eibach.com" I guess there should be no issue installing the Eibach springs.
