ZCP Ride Height and Dinan Bump Stops

Am I correct in saying that the ZCP 10mm lowering is a result of the Japanese springs and NOT any change in the bump stop?

Also, isn't the Dinan suspension only 1/2 lower due to the use of the E36 bump stop? If so, could you drop the ZCP another 1/2 inch just by switching out the bump stops and using the same springs?

Japanese, ZCP, and Edition suspension differences include both shorter springs AND different struts than standard M3s. Bump stops remain the same across all M3 variations.

Someone like rldzhao can answer your second question.

1. bump stops do NOT determine ride height, as least in properly engineered suspension.

2. Dinan is lower due to shorter spring.

I see. If I wanted to drop the ZCP just slightly - say another 1/2 inch - what do you think is the best way to do it?
