Mr Jason,
The KW V3s have a height adjustment range that maxes out the drop at 1.5" (38.1mm) Front and 1.4" (35.56mm) Rear. Did your installer keep the coilovers at the recommended KW ride height? |

KW "recommended" range is F330-360mm to R325-355mm. They set yours to the middle of the ranges. "Lowest setting" could be open to interpertation.
Note the low point of the KW "recommend" range is NOT the max lowering. On 19" it will go lower so if you're looking to slam it you must go outside of the above range. I had mine at 318mm in the rear. Obvisouly your shop did not do that...

**********s II Mr Jason,

Well my installer things that he went max at the rear and the front can still go another 10mm. To me the rear has only come down about 20mm i think he has done something wrong, he even took out the purple height adjuster on the spring to try and it get it lower but it didnt do much. Do you think this guy has done something wrong. Last edited by Mr Jason; 06-05-2010 at 02:53 AM.. Reason: change colour |

It's always recommended to stay within the ranges set forth by KW. This way you can ensure that the shocks are operating a max efficiency versus a shortened stroke that the shock was not designed to handle - which can damage the shocks as well. |
