Quick Help needed on ordering

First off my name is Vic and a fellow M3 owner sent me here. I will try to make this short but it my be long but I need your help. I want to order me car in the next day and dealer told me they will sell at invoice but price does not seem like invoice. I will be leasing this car .

M3, vert ,white
DCT
19 INCH wheels
tech
premium pkg $78,325 MSRP dealer telling me invoice is $73,234. I come up with $72,680. I am in a 1351 right now I leased in 08 cause a M3 was out of my range. I am really excited about ordering this car which I though I could not touch. I was going to get the car with no options but wheels so the price I pay will help me out getting options. Dealer invoice is $72180, then dealer usually add $500~$580 for MACO/training...

$73234 is definitely not at invoice.

MACO in NJ is $200 I think and there will prob be a doc fee (varies)

I getting all confused. I come up with $72,180, then you guys are telling me MACO fees what is that and does anyone know how much in nj. If its 200 like Wah said then I just add that to my 72,180.
I belive Doc fee will be paid as a down payment with bank and all the other fees. I just want to know true invoice with my options, It looks like true invoice is right on $72,380 with gas guzzler and Destination if nj MACO Fees are 200. Are there any other fees other then Maco.

I thought, by law, dealer has to show you ORIGINAL INVOICE, if asked. Atleast that's how it is in NY.
