'09 E90 M3 build list. Am I reading this correctly?

I'm considering picking up an '09 E90 w/ 12k miles on it. Haven't seen the car in person or driven it yet so I'm just going off of the pictures that were sent to me and the build list.

Pardon the cut and paste job but the build list that was sent to me is a mess ..

Things I know are options:

Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Technology Package
M Double-clutch Transmission
19" Alloy Double-spoke wheels
Carbon Leather interior trim
Moonroof
iPod and USB adapter
Shadowline exterior trim
Park Distance Control (rear)

Standard equipment:

CO2 relevant vehicles
Tire pressure monitor
Adjustable front armrest
Smoker's package
Adjustable seat width/lumbar
Rear center armrest
Folding rear-seat headrests
Alarm pre-wiring
Rain sensor and auto headlight
Ambiance lighting
BMW TeleServices
TeleService Control
Online Information Services
Satellite radio w/1 year sub.
Hi-fi sound system
CD changer preparation
DVD Area coding, North America
TeleService Activation
CO2 control
Variable Light Decoding

I'm not certain but I don't recall any of the things I've split out as standard equipment even being listed on the sticker of my '08 E90 335.

If I'm reading this correctly, this car does not have navigation or Logic 7 stereo upgrade. If I'm wrong, please let me know as I'm seriously considering picking this car up.

Thanks.

Navigation is part of technology package which the seller does list as an option on the car. Premium stereo is not listed so I would so no to the Logic 7...

My bad on the Nav.

Does 57.8 sound reasonable for an '09 equipped as above with 12.5k miles? From what I've been able to track down it seems to be a fair enough price but I haven't done a ton of shopping around either.

M3 does not have Logic 7. It has either the Hi Fi system (base system - consensus is that Hi Fi does not sound as good as Logic 7) or premium sound which is a substantial upgrade over Logic 7. From the options listed above it appears the car has the base system.
