2009 m3 convertible vs 2010 m3

Hi. I want a 2009 m3 because of hard navigation unit. But does the 2010 m3 offer anything better? I can get a better deal on 2009, because its almost 2 years old? Which should i buy? Also if i want the 2009, will i get a better deal in the spring of 2011 or winter of 2010? thanks

go for the newer model if you can and care about having warranty, esp on the convertible.
