Wheels hubs so rusty, what product should I use to clean them?

I just put on a set of new rims a couple of months ago and today I try to take the wheels of and they are stuck. I had to bang the wheels a few times to take them off. I see a lot of yellow stuff around the wheel hubs. Does anyone know what product I need to use on them to clean them off? I will head to AutoZone to see if they have anything and I will buy the anti Seize also.

Thanks!

Wire brush with a drill bit to start.
Then I sprayed with some engine paint, followed with some lithium grease I had around the house for the garage doors.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

A little bit of brake grease works great because it is waterproof and can withstand high temps. A little goes a long way.
