which oil catch can to buy
I want to get an oil catch can to prevent stuff seeping through where it doesnt belong. Does anyone know which one seems to look like the best design and\or give your opinions about the one you have installed. AR design, riss racing, BSH. i'v done search but haven't found any comparisons between them.
thanks all |

i have the ar design occ. i like it because it's a better mounting location. the bsh has better fittings, but mounts above the turbos, which is bad IMO for an oil catch can.

The BSH looks awesome (and stockish) and works beautifully. Highly recommend it

to RR's defense, I've been running their catch can since it was released and it has never leaked and I know it works because every few months I can drain oil out of it.
that being said, I'd buy one from a company who's still in business.

I recently replaced my rr occ for a bsh can and it's a very high quality kit and looks oem but I haven't driven long enough to empty it, my dipstick is still clean.
Like random my rr can never leaked and worked as it was supposed to. I replaced it because i wanted a better quality kit. |

Some have been lucky, but again. Get an item from a company that's still around and supporting the community. |

I have the bsh and it works but my friend has a AR. Before he put it on I looked at it and it makes the bsh look like a toyota vs a s600. The AR is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice and much better made.
I would get the ar and if you dont want to id sell you my BSH.

I have the BHS - just wish it had filtration material inside.
Burger Tuning offers an OCC.

Iv e been considering doing so on my N55. If someone could decode/link to AR and BHS, it may speed my decision.
How difficult was installation on the N54? Where did it tie into? Could you undo it and hie it easily? |

I changed from the RR to the BSH one and love it. Quality piece and is collecting oil too. Easy to install and really helpful to have a dipstick.

I did the same thing, going from RR to BSH, huge improvement. BSH just feels better in quality, it's more $$ than the RR, but the RR just doesn't work for me. Put the BSH in for just less than 3 weeks and I can see oil in it already.
