08 aw fully loaded cpo dealer asks 55k

hey guys as the title stated my local dealer have an 08 e92 aw pretty much fully loaded except for dct . is 55k too much for an 08 with cpo ?

How many miles? But yes, thats pretty damn high for an 08.

I'm selling mine, SSII, also fully loaded w/o DCT, for almost $10K less.
