asking $165 shipped
they are 4ohm

They fit the standard enclosure
So if you have the 6.5" you take them out with the oem spacer
And install these (without the spacer)
Easy as pie

do you run an amp to them and if so can you do this without having to change the BMW Head unit?

you can run an amp, or you can leave them powered by the head unit
they are 4ohm , so the same as the OEM ones
so to the head unit there is no change if you switch to them

i wasn't
i bought an entire logic 7 speaker set (subs, mids, tweeters)
i only wanted the 4" speakers

My apologies I misread the post!!

I thought these were replacements to the Logic 7 subs.! I have the logic 7 system in my car already.
