New To Mich...Questions!
Just got to Michigan from So Cal. I joined the BMW CCA chapter here and am learning my way around. The one thing I can't find are roads like So Cal. Any of you that are familiar with the Malibu/Mulholland area know what I mean. Are there any dynamic roads like those here? Any thing else I should know? Thanks!

welcome to Mich! There are a few roads, but not a lot. But first.....what brought you to Mich from SoCal???
Also, where in Michigan R U? If you live in SE Mich - the roads I run hard on are N & W of Ann Arbor. Look at Google maps and you'll see a few curvy roads out there. Also, northern Michigan has some nice twisties. Good news is (IMO) - not as many LEO's to contend with as CA. Also, don't have the hi-tech systems here (cameras, etc) |

I am right around the Ann Arbor Area. I think Tomorrow I'll go take a look at the N & West sides of the area all the way over to Dexter. Also, I noticed a raceway on Google Maps just West of Ann Arbor, but I can't find any info on it.

N & W of Dexter is also good. I'm planning to drive out there early afternoon and late afternoon on Friday this week if you'd like to hook up/meet/chat.

klammer, I'm out in that are 1-2 times per week. simply check Google maps for some curvy roads. Not too many LEO's out there, but a few county sheriffs. I usually pick up their radar signals early

Unfortunately, I have a full day of work and class on Friday. Next time there is a meet in the area I will be there for sure though. Do any of you know about the track just a couple miles West of Ann Arbor. I can't find any info on it. All I have is a view of it on Google Maps. The address seems to be 20909 Sager Rd, Chelsea, MI. Thanks.
