Just sold my 128i without the system. Got Ben's custom subwoofer enclosure, 10W6 JL audio Sub and 500/1 JL Audio AMP, Trunk PAC-LOC and all the wiring already done and connected. All you have to do is install T-Taps onto your wiring harness and plug the cables in. Clean, Loud, Cheap. $1000 for everything. I've been considering parting mine out too and think this is a fair & accurate price for the setup.
