IND=excellent customer service
I ordered painted reflectors from IND last year and the paint started to change color, did not match the car at all. I contacted Andrew and he expained there was a problem with the primer and sent me out a new set right away. It is always refreshing to have vendors that want to make sure things are done correctly.

IND is the best when it comes to quality and customer service!!!
I have had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out at the shop with Ilia, Nate, Andrew, Anthony and all of the body shop staff. Everyone that is involved with IND is committed to quality and service. I saw first hand that they treat a customer buying a set of reflectors with the same service as a customer doing a full on portfolio build. On the topic of reflectors...... Every set of reflectors is prepped, painted, and machine polished, by the body shop. Then they are inspected by Ilia, Andrew or Nate for defects and color match, they then get a coat of P21S wax put on before they are ever sent to a customer. With all of the steps to making set of painted reflectors I am going to bet that they probably barely even make money on a set of reflectors. It is that attention to detail that sets the boys at IND apart from most business I have worked with in the past. To IND!!! |

Guys, thanks to all of you for your positive reviews. Over the years IND has given all of us an opportunity to work with some great people. Most of our best clients are now our close friends and are a part of the IND family, but despite all the kind words all of you have for IND, I want everyone to keep in mind that we are not perfect.
I feel that in this business, it is very important to stay grounded and treat every new job the same way you treated your first. It is important to stay grounded and realistic about your own strengths and weaknesses. IND is not a perfect company, and we do make mistakes, so I hope that our service can continue to improve.
