2011 M order

I vistited my dealership today, I am going to get a M3 coupe. I currently am leasing a 335xi and the lease is up in August. The SA informed me that the APR and money factors are at an all time low now and I should lock in these rates. It was a 1.75APR 59% money factor and a $1050 Dec holiday credit as well as $1000K below MSRP.
She informed me that if I wait until May 2011 to toder the rates will be higher and the money factor will be less, around 48-50% and no holiday credit. This is b/c I will be ordering a 2012 M and the rates go up in the summer.
Basically she wanted to roll my current lease into the M3 lease and get it now. I have approx 4K USD left on my lease and makes would make the monthly payment go from $1011 to $1122.
Does this seem like b.s.?? I think i should just wait until May and get the deal done then.....

1K below MSRP is a rip off. 0 - 600 above invoice is the standard.

$1000 off MSRP with the $1500 holiday cash too! What a rip-off!

You should be flirting at just above or just below invoice!

You will see a $500 increase in the base price of the M3. The SA has no way to determine if rates will be higher or lower. There is no way to verify that residuals will be higher or lower either. Holiday cash will be gone, but there may be a Spring/ Summer special.

Happy holidays,

David
