E92-Lighting "F" Buyer Beware!
I decided to change out my Interior Lights to LED's. I contacted E92-Lightings, I was assured that the issues with LED Dome Lights were all worked out blah blah blah..
12/22/2010 I sent them the money for. 12/29/2010 They PM'd me that they need my shipping address.. "REALLY you didnt read the PayPal Payment email?" Ohh well.. 01/24/2011 Finally I recieved the LEDs no instructions, no indicators on what bulb go where, nothing. A bag full of random led bulbs. So I installed them. Worked great..... Then the dome light stopped.. 01/29/2011 I contacted them and got a response the next day, I was told to switch around the Map Light LEDs with the ones in the Doors. So I do that and my Dome Light still goes out. 02/08/2011 Sent PM again that the Domes still go out after switching around the bulbs and got no reply 02/19/2011 I contacted them again and havent heard anything back from them. Ohh Well Shit happens. Just dont want anyone else to get scammed by these people. I should have listened to a few other bad stories from the forums but they assured me the LED issues have been resolved I GUESS NOT.. They probally took so long for the shipping because after a month you cant dispute with PayPal... Smart Guys you are E92-Lighting... Shady.. Shady.. Shady... So over all... E92-Lightings OVERALL RATING - "F" THEY SUCK! Product Info and Timely PM's prior to purchase - GREAT Once they got my $$ Shipping took almost a month - SUCKED Packaging Im supprised the bulbs didnt break - SUCKED Info and Instructions There were none - SUCKED Product Quality - SUCKED PRODUCT SUPPORT - SUCKED

Try emailing him and see if you can come to some type of happy medium. I have had a few little problems but reached out to him and has worked out a fair deal for my inconvionce.

the problem with LEDs is that our car is supposed to have halogens, so as soon as you put in LEDs, if the resistance of the new LED bulbs dont match the stock halogens, it cuts power to that light bulb because it thinks that there is no bulb in place.
should do a little more research on LEDs before you buy them.

I don't understand how this guy is still a vendor on here. There are like 5 threads on here regarding the horrible customer service & experience with him filled with complaints. I myself had a horrible experience- the CF parts I bought from him bubbled up and he said he would look into it, but then stopped responding to all my PM's and e-mails. I tried to get replacements from Autotechnic myself, but they told me I can only go through e92lightning. E92lightning even said they are out of town when I asked for an update a month after my initial inquiry, and guess what? Autotechnic was in town as I called them myself.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER GREAT OPTIONS OUT THERE!

People need to research a bit BEFORE buying stuff on the internet. If they did, E92-Lighting would be out of business. There are a LOT of great vendors here and absolutely zero reason to deal with a vendor that has frequent and consistent service issues.
