Vorsteiner Lip Gone!
Went out to Sawyer Park yest afternoon/eve to watch some football. Valeted the car since their parking is horrendous and I didnt notice it when they brought the car back, but this morning when got in it to go to work, I noticed that its no longer on there....just an outline of double sided tape.
It either got stolen while in their possession or they damaged it and pulled it off. I notice that the felt like cover on the underside of the engine is damaged. What can I do here? I'm pretty sure I'm hosed either way as I drove off already but do any of you guys know what options I might have?  Expensive price to pay..... |

That's messed up. Either way, I'm sure they would claim they don't have any liability. Prob some fine print on a ticket (if they gave you one).

Sorry to hear that. I think it will be much harder to file a claim now since you already left the premises. I don't believe you are totally helpless...maybe a lawyer here will chime in?
I always warn the guy parking the car and then do a walk-around when I pick up my 330 from the valet. Its lowered so I would like to avoid issues like this.
