Mine is a 2008, it has everything you listed.

The car has 33,000 miles. It's been covered in vinyl for the past year and half. The motor is a 2010 with 8,600 miles on it. I've put 800 on it so far, brand new flywheel and clutch. It's my pride and joy but now I want to step into a E90 DCT. Car is flawless, modded but can be turned to stock easily. There is no engine modifications at all on this motor.

Let me know if you would want it.

Sounds like a great car, but I am set on getting the newer iDrive.
