Car is acting weird, Throttle Response Lag, Radiator Fan on MAX

I's driving to work this morning, and the car's throttle response is super slow. I've a manual, and normally I just have to blip the throttle a bit to rev match. Today, the car just won't rev when I blip... I've to hold the throttle in for maybe 0.5sec for it to rev a bit.
When I got to work I notice the radiator fan was on max, and oil temp drops to 1/4 on the gauge. Usually it's a click or two below the mid point.
There're no check engine light on.

I'd a 1/2 engine light a month ago complaining about Throttle Potential meter or something like that. I reset the code with BT tool according to some forum responses. Also, I've checked my JB4 install, there're no visible loose wires everything seems tight in the ECU compartment. And the car drives fine for a couple of weeks.

Please Help.

Thank You

I've DCI, ER Charge Pipe, and Tial BOV. I've not checked coz I'm still at work, but they seems to be functioning fine. I can hear the intake and BOV when I's driving, so the car is making boost, and I can feel some power is there... just that I've to press and hold the throttle before the car reacts, where normally it's hit the gas and go when I'm in the right gear.

Thanks

nope, haven't taken my car in for service for a while now. Last time I's in for service was some time in March IIRC, and it does not indicate a software upgrade. However, I've no clue what version software I've.

Is your car still acting up? or was it a one time deal?

The Initial throttle lag and radiator fan on MAX was like a one time thing. I left the car alone for the whole work day, and when I drive home, everything seems normal.

But when I got home, I went ahead and cleared throttle adaptation (using BT tool) in hope that will fix the problem, but now my car idles really rough. it's as if the car is learning which RPM it should be idling at. it'll shoot RPM up to over 1k (it's as if a 3rd leg is pressing the gas) then let the RPM drop back to over 500rpm. but the engine shakes a bit at that rpm. I've never reset the throttle adaption before, so I don't know if that's normal or not.

How bout now? Are you still having problems with this? You could have a mechanic check it out. I have the feeling that you wanna get your hands on 'em, but you should at least do it having a proper guide. If I were you, it the problem still persists, consult a professional or switch to having quality radiators.
