Dartford Tunnel Acoustics

The left tunnel has better 1M exhaust acoustics than the right tunnel. Discuss.

So are you guys making all the noise to get out of Essex as quickly as possible? Because that was my motivation

The NYC - Holland tunnel in 2nd gear, ~4000 rpms, open windows, NJ direction, I can highly recommend. (The sound that is, not particularly the direction ;-)

Escaping Kent, tunnels usually only allow traffic flow from Kent into Essex. Where I live u cheeky g!t!

Clived, not so sure about the Blackwall, too winding to really open taps and get the howl at >4500rpm. I was a little disappointed with the acoustics in there. Plus it stinks with the windows down!
