640d M Sport Bluetooth and HTC One S

Guys

I have seen that some people have outlined problems on bluetooth and BMW. I have an even stranger problem.

I have an HTC One S, unlocked and loaded with minimum apps, a 640D with a ComBox (standard in other words) and use an iphone in car for music.

Regardless of devices connected or not, I have the following issues: -
The will connect and work for a few minutes
after a few minutes a high pitched squeal emits (usually on a call) and the bluetooth disconnects and I lose all connections, music etc and the radio will play, a minute or two longer and everything reconnects.

I use an IPhone 4S without any issues and also a Galaxy Nexus. Can anyone shed any light or perhaps comment if they have the same issue?
