picking up a 135i tonight!

picking one up tonight for my girlfriend. I just picked up the f30 328i a few months ago and I usually post in there but after test driving the 135i and persuading my gf to get, I feel like I got in the wrong car!

I can post pics up later.

How do some of you like the car?

Traded my 400hp Sti for one, never looked back! I've had quite a few toys, this one is the most fun and attractive, just a tad more than my wife.

yeah I had a 425/411 to the wheels evo ix mr....got the f30 since i wanted comfort and decent go and 4 doors. but after a while I missed the performance aspect of course. This is my opp to get some of it back haha.

The f30 pleasantly handles really well for a car that size...its a 3 year lease and I'm waiting on the M2 (1m coupes are hard to find and too damn expensive for a used one)...that thing better come out.

Real fun and more engaging than the F30, i got a feeling you'll be asking your girlfriend for a trade more often than you expect.

Now I need to convince her to let me take it to the track. I think the rules may be that she needs to be there?

Agree, after i test drove one, my plans for buying a Porsche just faded. The 135 more practical, cheaper and can be daily driven compared to a 997.
Looking forward to driving one soon.

The 135i in stock form is perfect for the road but not for the track. You're gonna want to make some mods before taking it to the track.

not trying to make a race car here but I think it would be great to take the track. I got to drive it last night a little bit on some windy roads and it felt great! Just wondering how long those tires would last...might have to get some sticky rubber.

Hahahah. me too. I was looking for STI hatch. Until I read/saw 1 series. I love the body style, and just wanted one. I never test drove one.

Next thing I know, I'm flying to Utah pick it up. and drove it back to Connecticut.

Now, my better half wants one too. She likes it more than I do.
