Well I have had an some recent events that came up and now i must make some changes. I was storing my Track car at a buddies shop and he decided to stop paying rent..well now i have a lift (on the ground) and e30 M3, E36 M3 track car, E46 M3, X5(just sold yesterday) wifes Qx56...all in my driveway...So with that said I have made the decision to sell my X5 and E46 M3 to buy an e90 M3...hopefully i wont regret it, but i have to consolidate. this is the reason i am selling the car..i searched for a few months, and finally found one, and now I selling, i just bought the car in November 2012 from a forum member. He bought the car from Enthusiast Auto group..maybe paid too much, not sure. so with that out of the way on to the car....

the car is well maintained, clean car fax, clan title, well cared for. I have the original window sticker, all work/maintenance performed on the car, even down to the A pillar's being replaced bc of the fabric pulling away.

the car is an original LSB/Over black, clean interior, which you can see in the pics

Xenon Color Angel eyes
TE37 Time attack wheels 19x9 19x10.5
tires are off brand..probably the worst part of the car plenty of tread, just cheap brand)
ZHP knob...

Inspection II completed
Valves adjusted ( IP2)
oil recently changed, always 10 60w
all fluids fluids changed
interior bits replaced via warranty
issue with Gas Guage ( when at 1/4 tank it would actually be empty..happened one time)--Fixed sending unit
water pump replaced
coolant cap
brake pads
new rotors

overall condition
car is in great shape
front bumper had minimal rock chips
paint is flawless
wheels are clean with two blemishes on the rear driver side not bad
interior is near perfect
rear seat looks new
steering wheel as well
everything works as should

as i write this am i worried i will regret selling this for an E90, but i need four door with two kids and i have no more room for cars..this is my only option sell two, for one...i love this car. I welcome a PPI and will gladly help get the car to a local shop ( of the potential buyers choice) for the PPI. feel free to call me to discuss the car. I have provided pics and also link to more, if there any shots you need, please let me know and i have no issues taking more.

I also have no problem shipping the car at the buyers expense and will accommodate meeting the driver.
