Looking for a good body shop in LA/OC area

My e92 Front bumper has this weird gap on the passenger side where the headlights are sitting like its sagging or something, I have no idea what happened. I am looking for a good and honest body shop that can take a look at it and fix it if there's anything to fix located at LA/OC area. Thanks for your future recommendation.

Are you talking about below the headlight or where the bumper and hood meet? Has the car been in any accidents or had the bumper repaired/replaced?

Yes where the bumper and the hood meets. Yes, had an accident last year then I had this collision center fix it but they said that's NORMAL and that's the closest they could get it fixed. What I don't get is, being a replaced/repaired bumper is this practically normal to have that gap uneven whereas before it wasn't like that?
