Payment seems high to me with the MSD's and they barely took anything off of MSRP (I'm assuming $1000 of that isn't even from them, but owner loyalty?).
but for sure, you need to know what this is: RES ADDS 2000 (Not sure what this is) Nice M5, btw.. |

BMWCONFIG usually has them, but they haven't added the F15 yet. Thanks, the M5 is a great piece of machinery, but we can't take it to the snow.

The deal looks fine, but is it for a car in stock or an order? A lot of dealers recently take deals on order without any intention of delivery any time soon. They take you off the market, but they use allocation for customers that are ready to pay more to get a car sooner, and your order might sit in the order bank for months. |

Every time I share my dealer, people use them to negotiate with another dealer. Sorry, just have a firm line with your dealer. You want $500 over invoice, MF .00125 and RES at 61% for 36mo and 10k miles.

Ah, I think this may finally explain the $2000 "RES ADDS" mystery. The 21" wheels retail for about $3,000 more than the 19" ones. They are "giving" you $1,000 off of that difference and thus the added residual value of the car is $2,000.
Anyway, that's my guess |

Would that raise the actual price so it seems as if I am not getting enough off msrp?

Without having more details on the full original equipment on the car, I can't say for sure. But my guess is that they are treating the wheel swap as sort of an "after the fact" sale relative to the sale of the car itself. Rest assured the $2,000 net additional value of the new wheels is being included in the price your lease charges are based on -- it's just that the cost of the wheels can't be included in the MSRP of the car (and your discount off of that) because the wheels are an after-market, dealer supplied and priced accessory.
Again, all just my best guess. Hopefully someone else on this forum can supply a more informed opinion. |

OK, I give up. None of this makes any sense. Your original post said the MSRP was $71,000, but now you say the MSRP is $75,300. And you still don't offer any details about the late breaking "news" of the tire swap. I'm done trying to help you.

Sorry, the MSRP in the original post was wrong since the dealer used 35i pricing. All I was told on the tire/wheel deal that they will give it to me at cost for 4k and pay me 1k for the oem wheels and tires.
