Looking for a dealer

I'm looking for a dealer to bring my car in for regular mainland e and warranty work.

I brought my car to BMW Manhattan and was far from impressed with the experience and their loaner program. It's disappointing since MB Manhattan was always a pleasure to deal with when I had my Mercedes.

I'm open to driving out to NJ, Brooklyn, and Long Island.

Open Road has been awesome to us, they come from NJ with nice loaners, and pick up our cars, work always gets done promptly and then returned back to us. NEVER had any issues. This is coming from a person that had experience with about 15 BMW dealerships in the Tri-State area, everyones a mut, although I like JMK, but you can't beat Open Road's pick up and drop off service.

I am thinking about switching as well. Habberstad has not been great and I have been with them a long time for my M coupe and M3.

Tim can you send me a PM on the exact details, I am going to see if I can make it work there as it is a bit further from my office so hope they have rental cars.

I had already made an appointment at Prestige BMW because I always liked them with my Range Rover. If it turns out I need to find another, I will contact Brian or George at Rallye
