LED strip on back of two front seats ?

In some pictures that I've seen there's a LED light that's on back of the drivers seat and front passenger seat . It's the ambient light . Not to sure if that's European models only or in US also or doesn't exist. Just curious ?

Its in US models as well. Its part of the overall ambient light.

It is, but only with the multi-contour seats.

With LED Multi Contour seats. It's above the pockets on back of the seats

Its with standard seats as well. I have standard seats and I have it.

I think it does not come with sport seats (need to double check that), sucks that this type of stuff is not explained in the brochure in detail nor by the dealer. It is a little detail I know, but it looks cool.

Awesome! Thanks! Car is at the dealer for some security mods, can't wait to check if I have that, I do not recall seeing that (I do have lights package option). I got a facelift 5 series loaner with Multi Functional Display and I miss everything about the X5, even the analogue display which I prefer. They'll probably upgrade MFD for F15/F16.
