This is what I found on the BMW website:
F15 ->Weight in kg Curb weight, man/auto - / 2,173 Maximum gross weight, man/auto - / 2,835 F30 -> Weight in kg Curb weight, man/auto 1,474 / 1,495 Maximum gross weight, man/auto 1,950 / 1,969 If F15 is 2.1 ton , then F30 is also not 1.9 ton...so I took the relative number (for both...) |

35d per the onboard computer only (not halfway through first tank) 232 miles at 32.7 mph average speed and 27.9mpg. I have toggled between Eco, Comfort, and Sport about 50:50 city/highway.

On computer mine, after about one tank, is average speed 26.9mph and average mpg 24.6. I think something to carefully check is amount of bio in diesel. I found a nearby station that offers premium diesel with zero bio, but not sure if there was any bio in my first tankfull.

My first tank on my diesel gave me 8.5 ltr/100k. I got 900km of my first tank and had a range of 100+km left. 90% highway driving averaging 140km/h. 😍

I was "goofingly" comparing L/100km and km/L
My F30 was set on Km/L (10.7) which I thought it was L/100km....after changing the unit to L/100km it is now 8.9 The F15 though is still high I find (10.3L/100km)...although it is doing city 90% of the time...and when I mean by city, I mean small town with speed of no more than 50-60km (30miles)... |
