RFTs v. Conventional Tires

Has anyone removed their RFTs?

I am considering swapping the oem rfts for regular. Any good recommendations?

Generally speaking most people who lease swap out the RFT and put on either conti DWS or something comparable. They also add the spare tire option for security.

RFT ride stiffer and perhaps heavier and the Conti DWS ride a little softer and not as sharp on the corners..

For me I prefer the RFT and have no complaints on the ride.

I kept my RFT since they are Dunlop SP Sport MAXX. Very nice traction.
I will only take it off if I am going to swap it with Michelin tires.
