Only selling to look to get back into an e92. This is my 2nd e90. Cleaned/maintained religously. A very nice example of a 2009.

2009 BMW M3 sedan 6 speed 50k miles CPO car till 100k or 2/15

Jet black exterior w/ black leather interior

Only options include sunroof, heated seats, SAT radio, carbon leather interior trim, OEM polished 220m with new tires (under 8k on tires)
Car is MINT for an 09; bought from Braman BMW West Palm Beach, I am second owner, FL car it’s whole life

Mods include:

1. BMW performance shift knob
2. BMW OEM All Weather floor mats
3. K & N air filter (also have new OEM)
4. Hartge Sport Muffler ( same as Supersprint Sport) (also have OEM)
5. Active Autowerke custom 32 way adjustable coilovers (under 6k on coils)
6. Ceramic Lumar 5% tint all around
7. IND jet black reflectors
8. Black grills/gills
9. 90 mm Apex stud conversion kit

I have the entire original in service history and all other receipts for parts/service etc.
This is my 2nd jet black e90 and the car is meticulously maintained. Waxed religiously with Collinite and all interior trim/leather/exterior completely detailed.
$ 41K with all parts stock and A/M (( coilovers (cost 2.5k) and exhaust (cost 2.5k) ))

6 speed; price listed is w/ stock wheels. Price is pretty firm. Found something I am looking for local and if car doesn't sell will (unfortunately) get traded in. Price includes all the stock parts so someone can buy it and sell the A/M parts if they wish.

Car has fresh oil, diff fluid, trans fluid.
