Fender Rolling/Shaving

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to ask a quick question for anybody who's knowledgeable about rolling/shaving fenders.

I have a 2009 BMW 135i, on stock suspension.

I recently got new wheels with these specs:

VMR VB3 19x8.5 +40 (front) and 19x9.5 +45 (rear)
Falken FK453 225/35 and 255/30

I'm rubbing in the rear when there people in the car and over speed bumps.

However, when I drive solo, it rarely rubs in the rear, only when I go over large dips on the freeway.

So I wanted to know, if I shave the rear fenders, would it solve the rubbing problem 100%? (with passengers in the car).

Also, if I lowered the car, would I have to roll the front fenders?

And if it is lowered, would my shaved fenders still rub with extra weight in the car?

thank you for any replies and your help!!
