Rattle from tailgate

The spring loaded part of the bottom part of the tailgate on my new X5 rattles. Anybody had a similar issue. Seems strange how it just snaps back on other bit of tailgate. Doesn't feel like top quality parts.

Mine is fine, just did a 10 hour drive rattle-free
