Status 150

woohoo!! My M4 is in status 150.

Does anyone know how long it will take until it arrives at the dealer for pick up? I have an upcoming business trip which I can't skip.. I hope it will come in before or after that.

Good times!! What was your quoted build week out of interest?

Should be about 1 week for production + 1 month to arrive your dealer.
Early July pick up sounds about right.

Week 23 was my initial quoted production time.

If that's the case, it will definitely collides with my travel schedule. Guess I will need to make sure no one test drives it while it's sitting at the dealer.

Yes, it was such a surprise. My sales intially told me that he'll try to get my order in for June/July production. Then, he was able to got me into week 23rd build week, and now, even earlier! Very happy with my purchase so far.

After your dealer got you a week 23 build did BMW just pull the car forward or did your dealer get you an even earlier build?

Mine did the same - was Week 23 and went 150 last Friday (5/23).

I'm not sure, actually. I didn't get my order sheet until earlier this week. I was nervous that my order wasn't submitted as my sales person didn't release a status of my order to me, but ensured that I will get a June or July, at the latest, production car.

Just noticed that all of you guys whose builds have come forward have ordered M4s, I've ordered an M3- maybe only the M4s are moving earlier, who knows. I've got a week 24 build so I'll be watching with interest if there's any movement!

I ordered an M3, got week 23 as predicted production date and went to status 150 on Thursday.

I was week 28 and spoke to a rep through the 800 number and was told week 27 now dont know how accurate they are. I am hoping Bmw moves it up another few weeks so I can enjoy the car during the summer!
